Qigong for Autumn In-Person
Qigong’s seasonal practices follow nature’s cues. Just as the trees are letting go of their leaves, “Qigong for Autumn” will help you let go of stress, grief, and the old habits that no longer serve you. This workshop will teach exercises proven to build healthy lungs, respiration, and immunities, as well as increase flexibility, low body strength, and balance. Self-acupressure to enhance circulation and vitality will also be taught. Qigong is one of civilization’s oldest and best forms of preventative medicine.
