A CHOICES Counselor from the Western CT Area Agency on Aging will be at the Hotchkiss Library of Sharon on October 23 to help you review your healthcare plan for 2026.
CHOICES Counselors Can HELP YOU: Review your coverage options, compare plans and costs, enroll or make changes and answer Medicare questions

- 9:30 - 10:30 am
- 10:30 - 11:30 am
- 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
- 1:00 - 2:00 pm
- 2:00 - 3:00 pm
- 3:00-4:00 pm
- 4:00-5:00 pm
Please register for this program and contact Katelyn, the Library's Community Engagement Coordinator with your preferred time slot at knorkowski@hotchkisslibrary.org.
Katelyn will then reach out to you via email with required paperwork to fill out before your scheduled appointment.
