Qigong for Spring In-Person
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is the perfect time to cultivate flexibility, resilience, and the energy to put your creative visions into action. Outside, trees are extending their branches and plants are spiraling up from the earth after a winter of dormancy. In this workshop you’ll learn traditional Qigong (“energy cultivating”) exercises to bring fresh vitality, suppleness, and the warmth of the sun back into your body and your spirits! Beginner friendly, no prior experience necessary.
Note: weather permitting, we will practice outside, so please dress appropriately.
