National Voter Registration Day!
National Voter Registration Day is the country’s largest single-day voter registration drive and will next take place on September 17, 2024! As many as 1 in 4 eligible Americans are not registered to vote. Each year, millions of Americans are walled off from the democratic process due to easily solvable issues such as missing a registration deadline or failing to update a registration after moving. It’s this reality that brought National Voter Registration Day into existence in 2012, and has kept it going strong ever since.
Head to the Hotchkiss Library of Sharon on Tuesday, September 17 to register to vote!
