Qigong for Summer In-Person

Animals and plants adapt to seasonal changes in nature, and so do we when we practice Qigong: Winter is a time to conserve and nourish, spring is a time to move and grow, and summer is a time to play and enjoy! In This workshop you’ll learn the famous “monkey frolic” Qigong practice. It’s really fun, great exercise, and terrific for building balance, agility, and a relaxed, happy heart. Join me and attune to the sun’s yang energy for expansion, joy and connection to the natural world around us. Beginner friendly! Weather permitting, we’ll practice outdoors.
